HEVEA's natural breastfeeding shields have been developed with great care to help you with breastfeeding problems that can arise, for example, from difficulties in putting on the breast, flat, hollow or slipped nipples or from constant weaning of the baby. HEVEA's goal is to support you with the nipple shields and nipple protectors in breastfeeding your baby for as long as possible and to make breastfeeding as comfortable as possible. They fit most breasts and also protect sore or cracked nipples. The round shape makes positioning very easy and the particularly soft natural rubber warms up slightly with the mother's body temperature, which enables a natural breastfeeding experience.

Instructions for use:
Check the nipple shields before each use and replace them at the first sign of damage. Please contact your midwife or your doctor before first use.
Please wash your hands
Turn the nipple shield almost completely inside out
Place on the nipple and smooth out. The nipple shield should fit snugly against the breast and the nipple should protrude into the tip.
Before breastfeeding, check that the nipple shield fits and is firmly attached to the nipple.

Care instructions:
Before first use, soak the nipple shields in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure hygiene. Clean them with warm water before each use. For babies up to 3 months sterilize the nipple shields regularly (in boiling water or similar methods). When boiling, always make sure that there is enough water in the pot to prevent damage to the material. Don't boil them in a pressure cooker. Do not clean in the dishwasher or sterilize in the microwave - detergent or the heat from the microwave can damage the material. Make sure there is no water left in the teat after cleaning.

This product is only to be used under adult supervision. Never use the nipple shields as a pacifier. When not in use, keep the nipple shields out of the reach of children, they could be swallowed, danger of suffocation! Check the nipple shields before each use and tighten them in all directions. Do not expose the nipple shields to direct sunlight or any heat source, and do not leave in a cleaning solution longer than recommended as this may damage the nipple shields. Discard the nipple shields at the first sign of damage or wear as this may pose a choking hazard. Replace the nipple shields every 1-2 months. Natural rubber latex can cause allergic reactions. Allergic symptoms to natural rubber latex can include: itching, reddening of the skin, rash, runny nose, watery eyes. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using the nipple shields.
