Orders
Are you offering store pick-up?
Yes you can! Just enter "Pick up" as the delivery method in the checkout.
Can you wrap my order as a gift?
Of course, we love wrapping gifts! Simply add a note in your cart and tell us what exactly you want us to wrap as a gift - whether for a girl or boy, for a birthday or else...
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been completed.
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation. If the order is already on its way, you can return the order at your own expense and we will refund you for the product(s) once we have received them. Alternatively, you can receive a credit note for the respective amount.
How can I order a cushion according to my wishes?
Our cushions are at their best when they are individually designed for everyone. It is best if you come by in person or contact us by phone on +492113027427, as this is the best way for us to respond to your personal wishes and ideas: colour, pattern, letter, name, motif(s) and much more.
How long does a cushion order take?
The duration of each cushion order varies depending on the size of the order and in connection with further orders.
As a rule, a letter cushion takes about 1-2 weeks, a name cushion about 4-8 weeks. Please plan this time in advance so that the order is ready in time for your occasion. For more information, please call us during our opening hours on +492113027427.
Can I have my cushion repaired?
It's just the best when our cushions are loved & cuddled! It can happen that over the years they no longer look as beautiful as they did at the beginning.
Of course, we repair our cushions so that they can continue to be cuddled for years to come. Feel free to call us on +492113027427 or come to our store in person so that we can see what exactly we need to repair. It can happen that over the years the fabric or terry cloth that was used is no longer available and a new one has to be chosen.
The cost & duration of repairing the cushion varies depending on the effort - we are happy to advise you here too.
Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay safely and easily via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit- and Debit card, AMex, Visa or Sofort-transfer.
Can I use my gift card online?
Digital gift cards automatically receive an individual code that you can enter at checkout. For physical gift cards, you can choose whether an online code should be added. Gift cards from our store do not have an online code. Please contact us again if you would like to redeem this voucher online.
Each voucher is valid for 3 years and can be used on any product.
Shipping
How long will it take until I receive my order?
We do our utmost best to process and deliver your order within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.Once your order has been dispatched, the package should reach you within the EU between 2-6 business days. Worldwide, shipping takes between 2-18 business days.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
How is my order packed?
We'll pack your order with lots of love within 1-3 business days.
Sometimes we ship in recycled boxes we've saved from deliveries. We hope that you will also reuse this box in the event of a return or for private occasions.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our shop in Düsseldorf. Accordingly, you will find all products from our onlineshop on site.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide! The shipping costs are automatically adjusted in the checkout.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €100 (excl. furniture) and within Europe over €150.
Shipping costs within Germany start at €5.60 and only apply to yourlittle gatherings.
If you order from outside of Germany, shipping costs depend on the country and weight of your order and start at €10.50 within the EU. When shipping larger or heavier orders, shipping costs depend on the final size or weight of the package and are adjusted. These shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Which items can I exchange or return?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
As long as the order is intact, you can return the ordered items within 14 days.
Excluded are reduced items (sales), gift cards, personalized items (e.g. name cushions), pacifiers and skin care products. Unfortunately we cannot take these items back!
Can I exchange or return in store?
Of course! Feel free to come by in person if you have the opportunity. Online orders and on-site purchases can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation with you.
How do I return my order?
You can easily return your online orders by post within 14 days.
- Please note that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at your expense.
- Please ensure that the order you wish to return is handled with care. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return or your item lost during shipping.
- Damaged and already opened or used items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the tags attached.
- As soon as the return has arrived safely, you will be refunded the amount of the order that we received.

If the order is already damaged upon arrival, please report this to us immediately. We will then send you a stamped return form. Please note that we cannot take back any items after 14 days. If you wish, we will send you a new item (if available), otherwise you will be refunded the amount.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as the order has reached us undamaged, you will be refunded the amount within 1-3 working days.
What can I do if my order has already arrived damaged?
Unfortunately, it can happen that parcels are treated roughly on the way and arrive damaged. Please report the damage to us immediately! Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do after 14 days of your receivement of the goods.
