Refund policy

We place great importance on quality and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a problem with your order—such as a defect, incorrect delivery, or a missing item—please contact us immediately at service@kinderundkonsorten.com. Unfortunately, we cannot take any action after 14 days of receiving the goods.

To ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible, please include as much information as possible in your message, such as your order number and, if possible, photos of the affected product.

If you simply wish to return a product that is in perfect condition, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.

IMPORTANT: All items must be returned undamaged and unused (this includes testing and trying on the product, as is possible and customary in a store), in their original packaging, and with the original tags attached. Please ensure that the item you are returning is handled with care. We are not responsible for damages incurred during the return process or for the loss of your item during shipping.

How can I return or exchange my item(s)?
1. Free returns are available at our store in Düsseldorf, Germany.
2. If returning by post, please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Returns are at the customer's expense and risk.
We recommend returning the package with a tracking number.
We also recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or provides you with proof of postage. Lost packages will not be refunded, and damaged items will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot collect packages from the parcel shop. Therefore, it is important that they be sent directly to the specified address.

In the event of a valid return, you will receive a refund within 2-3 business days. The original shipping and handling fees, as well as the cost of gift wrapping, are non-refundable.

Exceptions:
Gift cards, personalized items (e.g., name cushions), pacifiers, and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged!


Right of Complaint:

You have a one-year right of complaint if there is anything wrong with the item you purchased. Contact us immediately if you discover a problem that occurred outside of normal use of the product.
