Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving the last item of your order to request a return. This period is extended to account for weekends and public holidays.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned undamaged and unused, in their original packaging, and with the original tags attached. Please ensure that the item you wish to return is handled with care. We are not responsible for damage incurred during the return process or for the loss of your item during shipping.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include as much information as possible in your message, such as the order number and—if possible—photos of the affected product.

You can easily return your order via your customer account.
Step 1
Sign in with the email address you used to place your order.
Step 2
Then select the relevant order. You can request a return there.
Step 3
After your return has been approved, please send the items you wish to return to the following address:

Important instructions
Returns are made at the customer's expense and risk.
We recommend returning the package with a tracking number.
We also recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or provides proof of shipment. Lost packages will not be refunded, and damaged items will not be accepted for return.
Please also note that we cannot collect packages from parcel shops. It is therefore important that the package is sent directly to the specified address.
Exceptions – items not eligible for return or exchange
Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, personalized items (custom-made products like cushions featuring names or dates), pacifiers, and skincare products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Exchange
An exchange for a different model (different colour or size) is not possible. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded. New items can be purchased separately online or in our store.
Cancellation
Log in to your customer account using your email address—just as you would for a return. You can cancel your order there, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as gift-wrapping costs, are non-refundable.
If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
