FAQs
How long does it take to make?
Production usually takes 3–4 weeks.
During periods of high demand (e.g., before Christmas), it may take 4–6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions.
Are the cushions washable?
Yes, you can easily wash both the cover and the filling.
Both are washable at 30–60°C. For the cushion filling, we recommend using a down detergent and, ideally, laundry or dryer balls—this helps the filling stay fluffy and soft.
What materials are used?
We use exclusively high-quality 100% cotton for the cover, as well as a high-quality feather and down filling from Germany (also suitable for allergy sufferers).
A synthetic filling is also available upon request.
Can I order a cushion online?
It is best to coordinate details in person at our store so we can select colours and fabrics together. Alternatively, we are happy to advise you by phone or email.
Direct online ordering is not yet available, but we are working on a suitable solution.
Can I give the cushion as a gift right away?
We’d be happy to! We can lovingly wrap your cushion and ship it directly to your loved one(s). We can sort out the details for this when you place your order.
Can I return a personalized cushion?
As each cushion is made individually according to personal preferences, returns are unfortunately not possible.
