Pick-ups
All orders can be picked up free of charge from our store in Düsseldorf. Orders are typically ready for pickup within two hours. You will receive a pickup notification via email. Pre-orders are not immediately available for pickup and are marked with the corresponding time.

Estimated delivery time
– Germany 1-3 business days
– Europe 2-7 business days

We do our utmost best to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that during sales and gift season, such as Christmas, delivery may take longer than usual. Please check with us and the shipping company.

Pre-orders
If you order an item with a longer lead time (e.g., a pre-order for our cushions) in combination with a product that is in stock, we will wait to ship your order until all items are available.

Shipping
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €100 (excl. furniture) and within Europe over €150.

Shipping costs within Germany start at €5.60 and only apply to your little gatherings. If you order from outside of Germany, shipping costs depend on the country and weight of your order and start at €10.50 within the EU.
When shipping larger or heavier orders, shipping costs depend on the final size or weight of the package and are adjusted. These shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping outside the EU
If you live outside the EU, local import duties and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and therefore cannot provide an estimate in advance, as they vary depending on the country.
