Funk was crazy and shrill, it consisted of soul, rhythm and blues and jazz - and dance. Nobody embodied this mixture on stage as well as Prince. He sang, played, danced. Sometimes even with high heels. His stage shows put the fans in ecstasy. And his music still does.
