When Louise was little, her mother became very ill. She was very sad and scared, but painting comforted her and gave her hope. Later Louise studied art and went to the USA. There she made large sculptures from a wide variety of materials. She always surprised people with her unusual works of art. Her courage and talent inspire artists around the world today.
