kinder&konsorten make the beautiful cushions by hand in their own workshop in the store in Düsseldorf. So each pillow is completely individual.

Care
Cover: Machine wash at 40-60°C
Filling: Machine wash at 30-60°C (in exceptional cases at 95°C - this doesn't affect the down, it just stresses the material.), please use down detergent and washing/drying balls.

How do pre-orders work?
You can order your favorite cushion with the letter you like and we will be happy to make it for you!
Usually, production takes about 1-2 weeks. Since our workshop is closed for a little summer break from the end of June to the middle of July, we will prepare your cushions until the end of July / beginning of August and send them off. You will receive a notification from us with a tracking number as soon as the cushion is on its way to you.
Are you offering store pick-up?
Yes you can! Just enter "Pick up" as the delivery method in the checkout.
All pre-ordered cushions can be picked up from our store at the end of July / beginning of August. You will receive a notification as soon as your cushion is ready for pick-up.
